This User Agreement explains the practical rules for using BaloWaci. It works together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any feature-specific terms.

When you use BaloWaci, you agree to use the Service respectfully, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm BaloWaci, other users, partners, platforms, or third-party rights.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, invasive of privacy, malicious, or designed to disrupt the Service.

6. Product Interest, Partnerships, and Investor Communications

Communications about product interest, pilots, licensing, investments, partnerships, or business opportunities are exploratory unless the parties sign a separate written agreement. No message, demo, form, or meeting creates a binding investment, sale, partnership, employment, agency, or exclusivity relationship by itself.

BaloWaci may present cultural, environmental, time-related, weather-related, or interpretive information. This content is not professional advice and should not replace expert advice for legal, medical, financial, safety, travel, navigation, emergency, or other high-risk matters.

BaloWaci may remove content, restrict access, block submissions, or take other action if we believe this User Agreement or our other policies have been violated.
