This Refund Policy applies if BaloWaci offers paid digital services, app purchases, subscriptions, pilot programs, licensing, implementation services, merchandise, or physical products. If a signed agreement or platform policy says something different, that agreement or platform policy controls.
1. Free and Exploratory Services
Many BaloWaci website and prototype features may be free or exploratory. Free services do not create a right to refunds, credits, compensation, or continued access.
2. App Store Purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store are usually handled by that platform. Refund requests should be submitted through the platform's refund process unless BaloWaci provides a separate direct billing method.
3. Digital Products and Subscriptions
Unless required by law or stated at checkout:
- Digital purchases are final once delivered or accessed.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are not prorated after cancellation.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
4. Physical Products
If BaloWaci sells physical products, the product page or purchase agreement should state shipping, returns, inspection, warranty, and refund terms. Custom, prototype, limited, or made-to-order items may be non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Pilots, Licensing, and Services
Pilot programs, licensing, implementation, consulting, and business services are governed by the written agreement for that engagement. Fees may be non-refundable once work begins unless the agreement says otherwise.
6. Mistaken or Unauthorized Charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged by mistake. We may request information needed to investigate the charge.
7. How to Request Help
- Email: info@balowaci.com
- Subject: Refund Request
- Include: name, email used for purchase, date, amount, platform, order ID, and reason for the request.
