1. BaloWaci Materials

BaloWaci materials may include names, logos, marks, watch concepts, time interpretation systems, interface designs, visual assets, text, audio, images, videos, software, documentation, product journey materials, creative concepts, inventions, patent disclosures, and other content.

These materials are owned by BaloWaci LLC or its licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws.

2. Trademarks

BaloWaci names, logos, symbols, product names, slogans, and trade dress may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

3. Copyright

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from BaloWaci materials except as allowed by law, the Terms of Service, or written permission.

4. Patent and Invention Rights

BaloWaci may contain inventions, proprietary methods, watch concepts, time interpretation systems, and product designs that are confidential, patent-pending, patentable, or otherwise protected. Public disclosure or unauthorized use may harm BaloWaci's rights.

5. Limited Personal Use

You may view publicly available BaloWaci website materials for personal, non-commercial use. This permission does not allow copying brand assets, building competing products from proprietary concepts, using materials in commercial work, or removing notices.
