This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to any BaloWaci mobile application, desktop application, installable web app, or app store-distributed software (the "App"). This EULA supplements the Terms of Service.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, BaloWaci grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control.

BaloWaci and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the App, including software, designs, interfaces, names, marks, content, and related intellectual property. You receive only the license described in this EULA.

4. Updates

BaloWaci may provide updates, bug fixes, or new versions. Some features may require an updated version of the App. We may change, suspend, or discontinue App features at any time.

5. App Stores

If you download the App through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, that platform's rules may also apply. The platform provider is not responsible for the App unless its own terms say otherwise.

6. Data and Connectivity

The App may require internet access, device permissions, local storage, notifications, or location-related features. Your carrier or internet provider may charge fees. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." BaloWaci does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system.

8. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.
