This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using BaloWaci. It applies to the website, app, feedback forms, communications, APIs if offered, pilot tools, and related services.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use BaloWaci to:

• Break the law or encourage others to break the law.
• Submit harmful, harassing, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.
• Send spam, scams, phishing attempts, malware, or malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related systems.
• Probe, scan, or test systems without written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data at scale without written permission.
• Misrepresent affiliation with BaloWaci or impersonate another person or organization.
• Use the Service for high-risk, emergency, navigation, medical, financial, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

2. User Submissions

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal data about others, or protected material unless you have authority and understand that BaloWaci may use submissions as described in the Terms of Service.

3. Security Research

If you believe you found a vulnerability, contact info@balowaci.com with the subject "Security Report." Do not access, change, delete, exfiltrate, or publicly disclose data or systems without authorization.

4. Enforcement

BaloWaci may remove content, block submissions, suspend access, report activity, or take other action if we believe this policy has been violated.
